The service
SiteAttend records attendance with a photo and GPS location, labour wages and advances, materials, expenses and daily progress reports for builders and contractors. Each company gets its own private address (like yourcompany.siteattend.com), its own logins and its own data.
Sign-up and free trial
- A company signs up at siteattend.com/signup, signs the customer agreement and uploads one company document (GST certificate, PAN card or similar). We check it and switch the company on, usually within one working day.
- The first 15 days are free. No card or payment is needed for the trial.
- The person signing up must be allowed to act for the company, and the details given must be true.

- Prices are per company and include the number of phone app users (engineers, supervisors) shown on the price list; each extra user costs the extra-user price shown there. Labour (workers) is never counted. GST (18%) is added and shown before you pay.
- Payment is made in advance, online inside SiteAttend (Settings → Subscription → Pay now) by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay, or by bank transfer as agreed with us. A receipt is given for every payment.
- Nothing is charged automatically: you decide when to renew and for how long.
- We may change prices for future periods with 30 days' notice. A period already paid for is not affected.
Late payment
If a renewal is not paid by the paid-until date, the company gets 7 days of grace. After that SiteAttend is locked until payment; the data is kept and can be used again once the payment is made.
Your data
The records your company enters belong to your company. We use them only to provide the service, keep them on servers in India with daily backups, and never sell them. See the privacy policy.
Fair use
Use SiteAttend lawfully. Tell your workers and staff that attendance is recorded with a photo and their location, and get any consent the law needs. Keep your logins secret. You stay responsible for wages, labour-law and tax compliance.
Availability and support
We take reasonable care to keep SiteAttend running and fix problems quickly, with support by phone, WhatsApp and email. Uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed; planned maintenance is announced where possible.
Liability
Our total liability is limited to the fees the company paid in the 3 months before a claim. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Ending
You may stop at any time by not renewing. Either side may end the agreement with 30 days' written notice (email is enough). We may suspend or end it at once for misuse or a serious breach. Refunds: see the refund policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; the courts at Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
