SiteAttend is software delivered online. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
How SiteAttend is delivered
- New sign-ups: after you sign up, sign the customer agreement and upload one company document, we switch on your SiteAttend - usually within one working day - and email you its address and login details.
- Renewals: when you pay online in SiteAttend, your paid-until date moves forward at once, and a receipt is shown and can be downloaded.
- Phone app: your site engineers download the Android app from siteattend.com/app and connect it by scanning a QR code from your SiteAttend.
