In short: try SiteAttend free for 15 days. Nothing is ever charged automatically - you pay only when
you choose to renew, and you can stop any time by not renewing.
Free trial
The first 15 days are free and need no payment details. If you do not want SiteAttend, simply do not pay; nothing more is needed.
Cancelling
- There is no automatic renewal or standing instruction, so there is nothing to cancel: when your paid period ends, just do not renew.
- To close your account and have your data deleted, write to us (below). We give you a copy of your data first if you want one.
Refunds
- Paid by mistake or charged twice: tell us within 30 days and we refund the extra payment in full.
- We end the service without any fault of yours: we refund the unused full months.
- Payment failed but money was taken: Razorpay normally returns it to your account by itself within 5-7 working days; if it does not, write to us with the payment details.
- Otherwise, fees for a period that has already started are not refunded, because the free trial lets you try everything first.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the same UPI, card or bank account used for the payment, through Razorpay, within 5-7 working days of approval (your bank may take a little longer to show it).
