SiteAttendLabour attendance app for construction sites
Your site engineer marks every worker IN and OUT with a photo, the GPS location and the time. You see every site live - and the muster roll and wages are worked out for you.
₹1,999 a month + GST per company · 7 users included · ₹299 + GST per extra user · 15 days free, no card needed
Why paper muster rolls cost you money
On a paper register, a worker who came late is marked for the full day, a friend signs for a friend, and nobody can prove who was at which site. Every month you pay for some days that were not worked - and there is no record to settle an argument.
How attendance works with SiteAttend
- Photo + GPS + time at every punch. The photo is stamped with the site, the time and the location.
- Workers do not need a phone. The engineer or supervisor marks them - one by one, or many with one group photo.
- A face check flags a punch where the photo shows a different person; a punch away from the site is marked.
- Works without signal. Punches are kept on the phone and upload when the network comes back.
- A gate tablet can be kept at a big site where workers mark themselves.
What you see in the office
- Every site today: engineers present, labour present, late, outside the site.
- A map of where each punch was made, with the photos.
- The muster roll and wages: half days, overtime, weekly off and advances.
- Excel downloads and a Tally export.
