How it works at the site
- ▶ Started: the engineer types the meter reading and takes a photo of the meter - with the GPS location.
- Every hour the phone reminds the engineer to take a GPS photo of the machine working.
- ■ Stopped: the meter reading again with a photo, and the work done today with a photo.
- SiteAttend works out the km run (km meter) or the machine hours (hour meter) for the day.
- An engineer can add a machine taken on rent from the phone: vehicle number, owner and the rent.
What the office sees
- Each machine's start and stop, every hourly photo - and the hours with no photo in red.
- Photos taken away from the site are marked with the distance.
- The rent for the period (per hour, per day or per month) and the km or hours run.
- Diesel and petrol bought for the site are recorded under expenses with the pump-meter photo and the bunk bill.
Questions
Does it work for tippers and tractors with a km meter?
Yes - for a km meter it shows the km run; for an hour meter (JCB, excavator) it shows the machine hours.
What if the engineer forgets the hourly photo?
The phone rings a reminder every hour while the machine works, and the office sees any missed hour in red.
Can I track my own machines too?
